Notice Regarding Format:The format of the Manual of Model Criminal Jury Instructions for the District courts of the Eighth Circuit is currently undergoing a comprehensive and extensive update to improve the reader experience. The PDF versions will produce instructions that look like they are printed in a book but are not easy to edit. The WordPerfect and Word versions may appear different based on each individual's computer; however, they are much easier to revise for use at trial.
